In the context of the energy transition, decarbonisation, decentralization, internationalisation, and digitalisation are driving rapid changes. The way we work is transforming significantly, with several business transformation projects underway and more planned for the coming months and years. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the setup and realization of one or more business transformation projects, including the implementation of supporting digital tools.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up projects, including scope definition, activity definition, budget, and resource estimations.
• Build strong business cases to support portfolio management.
• Manage projects, including follow-up on planning, scope, resources, quality, risk, and issue management.
• Lead project teams to work cohesively, ensuring competence and motivation to achieve project objectives.
• Manage change towards business and users, including harmonization, planning, implementation, training, and coordination of complex change activities.
• Communicate and report to the Steering Committee, Portfolio Management, and all other stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary information.
• Select external partners for some projects, including handling legal aspects and business requirements definition, if applicable.
• Ensure project objectives are met.

Required Competences:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a project manager and/or program manager.
• Experience with Scrum Agile, Prince2, or another project management methodology is required; experience with Agile is a plus.
• Ability to handle complex and rapidly changing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including unions, business departments, controlling, IT, and Group Innovation.
• Affinity with digitalisation, business analysis, change management, and IT.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with an understanding of the second language.
• Fluent in English.
