Opportunity: Medior Business Analyst

Location: East Flanders + Remote

Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Analyst within one or more Market Coordination projects.
• Monitor content dependencies with other projects and collaborate closely with other Business Analysts.
• Facilitate discussions between process owners, (S)BPAs, and internal/external experts using best-practice processes and assist in change acceptance.
• Provide expertise and substantive support to project leaders and conduct peer reviews of deliverables.
• Document and follow up on working groups and discussions, including decisions and proposals.
• Maintain an overview of topics under analysis and communicate transparently about changing priorities to the team and stakeholders.
• Develop communication and training materials.
• Prepare and actively participate in internal and external working groups.
• Analyze new initiatives or change requests from both a market and internal perspective.
• Draft E2E test scenarios and support their execution.
• Support migration and transition activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Dutch language proficiency at European CEFR level C2.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Proven experience in testing (UAT, test support).
• Experience in change management.
• Experience as an analyst in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of MIG4/MIG6.
• Excellent communication skills.
