Mission Context:

The role involves working within a global competence center for Cash Management services, focusing on FX payment transactions from initiation to final credit. The position requires identifying areas of improvement throughout the payment operations lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide transversal support as a subject matter expert for strategic initiatives within Cash Management.
• Coordinate streams to enhance the customer journey in FX payment transactions.
• Define, review, and improve transversal End to End processes of FX payment transactions.
• Coordinate and facilitate resolution and process improvement.
• Proactively monitor and analyze trends and structural issues.
• Propose and facilitate changes within transversal teams.
• Create, update, and share work instructions and documentation.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

Master's degree required.

Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Profound knowledge of international payments and cash management.
• Experience in managing and improving end to end process flows.
• Client-driven with a focus on risk and cost efficiency.
• Autonomous in building relationships with IT/Business stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering solutions to complex business challenges.
• Hands-on experience with requirements management and change control software.

Telework Expectation:
