IAM Functional Analyst Opportunity

We are looking for an IAM Functional Analyst for a full-time assignment lasting an estimated 8 months, with the possibility of renewal. The role requires a minimum presence of 2 days per week at the Gosselies site, with additional on-site days as needed. A driving license and vehicle are required due to limited public transport access.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Access Recertification Process:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regular user access recertification campaigns.
- Reassess user authorizations to ensure they align with roles and functions.
- Regularly verify privileged access and automate recertification processes.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Involve department managers in reviewing and validating access rights.
- Work with security and audit teams to monitor and analyze recertification results.
- Compliance and Audit Control:
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance standards (e.g., RGPD, ISO 27001).
- Document recertification decisions for audit and traceability.
- Anomaly and Risk Management:
- Identify and manage risks associated with access rights.
- Resolve non-compliant access issues with relevant managers.
- Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
- Analyze recertification results to identify improvement areas.
- Optimize automation and simplify recertification tasks.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Language Proficiency: English level C2 on the CEFR scale.
- Experience in Access Rights Recertification: Junior level (1 to 2 years).
- Experience in Information Security: Medior level (3 to 5 years).
- General IAM Experience (RBAC model, identity management): Medior level (3 to 5 years).
- Experience in a Microsoft and SAP Environment: Preferred.
- Experience in Writing Operational Instructions: Preferred.
