For a client, we are seeking a Business Development Manager/Business Analyst.

Location:
Brussels, with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office and the remainder remote.
Travel Requirements:
Availability to travel to Berlin 2-4 times per year and potential travel across Europe for lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the continuous development of the platform by collecting customer feedback, conducting feature testing, preparing documentation, and creating training materials.
- Drive commercialization efforts by identifying potential leads, pitching the product, establishing a sales pipeline, and engaging in marketing activities.
- Provide client support through problem-solving, feedback, and training.
- Collaborate with the product owner to schedule, prioritize, and plan work.
- Interact with other products in the cluster to understand their processes and optimize integration with Upstream.
- Analyze, describe, and validate business requirements, including process and data structure modeling.
- Identify and adapt processes to align with business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as business analyst, business developer, business manager, or sales representative.
- Impeccable English proficiency is essential.
- Proficiency in German is highly advantageous; French and Dutch are a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and stakeholders.
- A sales mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and recommendation formulation.
- Marketing skills, including social media presence and content creation.
- Ability to understand and map processes.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
- Experience in a commercial or business environment, particularly with sales, marketing, or customer service teams, is a bonus.
- Hands-on experience in product management, including strategy, development, and launch, is a bonus.
- Proven track record in agile projects and contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement is a bonus.
