Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant

Location: Vlaams-Brabant/Antwerpen

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and test process automations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and test integrations between ServiceNow (cloud) and other applications (on-prem/cloud) in collaboration with the API team.
• Translate business needs into technical designs that deliver real value.
• Tackle complex incidents and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Focus on analysis, design, and problem-solving. Note that scripting and programming are not part of this role.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow is a must, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong technical foundation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Curiosity about IT infrastructure and eagerness to learn more.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, always aiming for what’s fit for purpose.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals or proficiency in another programming language to feel comfortable with technical concepts.
