Mission Context:

The role involves strengthening the financial inclusion approach within the organization, collaborating with various stakeholders such as Retail Banking and Marketing Communications, as well as external partners. The position also requires reinforcing the team in ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project governance
• Leading project boards or steering committees
• Project monitoring and reporting
• Risk and issue management
• Capacity planning and resource management
• Budget management
• Performance management
• Process improvement
• Time management
• Follow-up on project documentation and change control

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

• Master’s degree
• Relevant certifications

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong stakeholder management and persuasive power
• Proven experience in project management, methodical and organized
• Strong presentation skills
• Relevant experience with sustainability and inclusion themes
• Strong digital knowledge and a sense of innovation and experimentation, without losing sight of results
• Strong knowledge of office tools
