Contribute to the evolution of applications by analyzing business needs, leading discussions, and organizing workshops to explain possible solutions and reach consensus.
Define solutions based on IT architecture, considering the end-to-end application and technology chain, and validate solutions with the business. Act as the link between business and developers.
Support the development cycle by handling requirements analysis and functional analysis using deployed methods and tools.
Ensure quality control of development deliverables, manage testing phases, support deployment, and maintain reference documentation.
Coordinate, develop, and execute test plans to deliver applications that meet production quality expectations.
Evaluate, analyze, and document identified bugs and ensure their resolution.
Participate in problem management and provide second-line support in case of incidents.
Assist the business with analyses.
Provide training and guide the business through change management processes.

Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
Proven experience as a functional analyst (minimum 3 years, Medior level).
Proven experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated analytical and critical mindset, rigor, and precision.
Coordination skills, proactivity, and ownership.
Good communication skills, ability to accept compromises, and customer and results orientation.
