Role Description:

Join the Cash Management Competence Center, responsible for steering and developing the Corporate Cash Management franchise globally. The team focuses on Product Marketing Management related to payables and receivables. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing go-to-market plans and sales-readiness for each product.
  • Translating product features into customer-facing messaging.
  • Preparing commercial documentation for customers.
  • Organizing internal and external webinars.
  • Preparing articles and videos for LinkedIn.
  • Coordinating responses to RFPs, client, and sales questions.
  • Setting pricing guidelines, monitoring product profitability, and detecting new opportunities.

Function Description:

Support the Cash Management’s Product Marketing team by updating marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge in payments and collections products.
  • Proven digital marketing writing skills.
  • Expertise in payment industry evolutions.
  • Ability to write and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience advising clients on payments and collections products.
  • Ability to engage Sales.
  • Excellent English writing skills.

Principal Responsibilities:

Deliverables for external/client use per product include:

  • Client pitch
  • 2 or 4-page brochures
  • Leaflets
  • RFP building blocks for Sales
  • Battle cards for internal Sales use
  • Webinar content
  • Articles/content for LinkedIn posts

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Languages Requirement:

  • French: Excellent written and oral
  • Dutch: Is a plus
  • English: Excellent written and oral

Required Knowledge/Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:

  • Mandatory: Go-to-market strategy and digital marketing skills.

Business Experience:

  • Mandatory: Sound knowledge in payments and collections products, expert view on payment industry evolutions.
