Functional/Process Analyst 

For a client in the region of Antwerp, we are seeking a Functional/Process Analyst.

Duration:

6 months (with possibility of extension)

Work Schedule:

Full-time with 3 fixed office days

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes and systems to identify root causes of activation issues, with a primary focus on the order-to-activation process.
• Collaborate intensively with the Service Delivery Manager and multiple stakeholders, including internal tribes and external partners.
• Design and implement process improvements to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions.
• Utilize SQL and REST APIs for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a single point of contact for your domain, ensuring clear documentation and alignment.
• Support roadmap development and contribute to strategic initiatives as well as operational support.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years in a similar role.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills (SQL, APIs) combined with functional/process analysis capabilities.
• Proven experience in process design and improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple parties and conflicting priorities.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Dutch & English.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of French for documentation and occasional communication.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
