Position: Business Analyst – Digital Solutions (Functional, Pharma Experience Mandatory)

End Date: June 30th, 2026, with a possibility of extension.

Context:

• The role is within the DEPSIT (Digital Experience & Products Services – IT) team, focusing on designing, delivering, and operating digital products for internal and external users, including patients and healthcare providers.
• This is a replacement position in a large team environment.
• The position emphasizes functional business analysis, value delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Pharma experience in a validated environment is mandatory.

Typical Day:

• Gather and analyze functional requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops on product definition.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, compliance, and testing teams.
• Translate needs into actionable user stories and maintain the product backlog.
• Support acceptance testing and product transition to operations.
• Present products to stakeholders and collect feedback.
• Communicate with various stakeholders and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.

Years of Experience:

Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst (with 4/5 relevant experiences required).

Must Have:

• Proven Agile and SCRUM experience.
• Pharma experience (validated environment).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Stress resistance.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Boards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
• Focus on user value and business impact.
