Role Description:
As a Delivery Owner/Scrum Master, you will be part of a tribe focused on enhancing customer servicing and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a squad dedicated to transferring Robotic Process Automation (RPA) cases to an external partner. This includes organizing knowledge transfer, technical transfer of the robot, and defining the Target Operating Model (TOM) aligned with the bank's TOM. You will regularly define the delivery plan, report progress, identify risks and issues, and support the resolution of impediments. You will also ensure the proper use and application of the Agile Methodology, coaching the squad and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and other meetings.
- Ensure smooth use of the Scrum methodology and assist the squad in overcoming obstacles.
- Provide support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.
- Assist the team in delivering the Definition of Done (DoD) and Sprint Backlog.
- Track team capacity and velocity metrics.
- Coach and challenge the squad to promote self-organization.
- Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from distractions.
- Create and track a delivery timeline.
- Follow up on delivery as a delivery owner.
- Implement continuous improvement and act as an ambassador of agile methods.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch is a plus
- French is a plus
- English is mandatory
Telework Expectation:
50% on-site & 50% homeworking
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory project delivery experience.
- Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Rally).
- Understanding of automated unit testing, functional testing, and continuous integration tooling.
- Sound knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.
- Sound knowledge of IT Architecture and Robotic Process Automation development (BluePrism).
Business Experience:
- Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques.
- Expert project management skills.
- Preferable experience in change management and Target Operating Model implementation.
- Sound knowledge of the banking sector and products.
