Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Architect, and Scrum team to realize the Product Roadmap.
• Focus on the Digital Workplace product, primarily utilizing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Engage in custom application development using .Net & React, hosted in Azure.
• Deliver products in an agile manner using Scrum methodology.
• Participate in other projects as assigned within the roadmap.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
• Experience with the Azure development stack (e.g., App Service, Web Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, CosmosDB, SQL, Blob Storage, Graph).
• Understanding of security standards and their application within the Microsoft ecosystem (EntraID, Conditional Access, Intune, Purview).
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
• Expertise in integration architecture and application architecture to support custom builds and system integrations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with the product team and explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience in large companies is a plus.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies and Azure.
• Proven track record in agile project delivery.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
