Process Expert for Fraud Cluster

Role Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced End-to-End Process Engineer to support the Fraud Cluster in analyzing, optimizing, designing, and documenting the organization's processes as part of the delivery process. The role involves process design and optimization, combining different insights and data to support the cluster in making valuable and future-proof decisions. The Fraud Cluster provides tools to combat fraud and coordinates the bank-wide strategy against fraud, situated within the "Customer Servicing and Efficiency" tribe.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and design business (sub)processes, considering the broader ecosystem, strategic objectives, and guidance from architects.
  • Make necessary adjustments to existing processes.
  • Continuously improve existing processes in terms of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management, including fraud detection and prevention.
  • Contribute to defining needs and testing changes to applications.
  • Regularly monitor existing processes and propose improvements.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation to comply with internal and external guidance.
  • Ensure appropriate guidance of changes through change management.
  • Monitor change adoption and provide user support post-implementation.
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary team to define, build, test, and implement products or services.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT partners and other stakeholders during ideation phases.
  • Commit to delivering planned work autonomously, estimating scope and complexity of tasks.
  • Actively participate in cluster and squad ceremonies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Process Engineer, preferably with banking experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of process management tools and methodologies (BPMN, Aris).
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR).

Business Experience:

  • Senior/Expert Process Engineer with 7 years of experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure and model.
  • Efficient facilitator and communicator.
  • Strong ability to convince, influence, and negotiate.
  • Customer-oriented and driven to meet expectations.
  • Efficiency-driven with a focus on process optimization.
  • Autonomous and a team player.
  • Fully endorses values such as focus, openness, commitment, respect, courage, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.

Telework Expectation:

  • 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
