Salesforce Administrator

For a client, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator.


Start date: 01/02/2026
End date: 31/07/2026
Workplace: Brussels & remote work (50%)
Language required: French

Objectives of the position:

Ensure the configuration, development, maintenance and evolution of the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, PSS, etc.) in order to support the organization’s business processes, particularly in a context of digital transformation.

Main tasks:

Receipt and analysis of tickets (incidents and service requests)
Support to key users and service managers
Management of access, roles, and personalized user profiles
Support on reports, dashboards, and configured campaigns
Analysis and design of solutions to be implemented
Development and coordination of teams for resolution
Tests and communication with the client
Documentation of changes

Required technical skills:

Advanced administration of Salesforce
Apex Development and Lightning Web components
REST API & SOAP API Integrations
Environment & deployment management
In-depth knowledge of the Public Sector Solutions (PSS) modules

Recommended certifications:

Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
Advanced Administrator (ADM-211)
Platform Developer I (PDI)
Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional

Specific functional skills:

Knowledge of PSS modules: Licensing & Permitting, Inspections Management, Case Management
Management of public processes and administrative workflows

Essential soft skills:

Business analysis and ability to clarify the need
Technical and functional communication
Autonomy in troubleshooting
Ability to coordinate multiple teams
Documentation and pedagogy
