Business Analyst - Expert

Location: Brussels

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 31/12/2026

Responsibilities:

• Analyze issues and propose improvements.
• Evaluate change requests and identify solutions with squad colleagues.
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as an interface with stakeholders, bridging business needs with IT.
• Define business scope, target operating model, and interfaces.
• Follow-up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong spoken communication skills.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience.

Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory technical experience.
• Business expertise in products and processes.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their IT links.
• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in end-user computing tools (Excel including macros/VB, Access, etc.).
• Preferable experience in project management and agile methodology.
