Service Manager

For a customer we are looking for a Service Manager.


Start date: March/April 2026

Work location: Brussels (2 days a week onsite)

Language skills: English and one of the two national languages 

Experience level: At least 10 years of experience 

Description

The Service Manager will be responsible for directing a range of activities and employees to achieve the objectives in accordance with the organization's strategy. Specifically, the focus will be on accelerating the integration and creation of new microservices within 'FIRST 2.0'.

Specific knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Sync and Async communication (REST / Queue / ..)
Advanced knowledge of methodologies for application development and management
Methodologies:
Agile Scrum (ceremonies, DoR, DoD, ..)
Prince2 / PMFin
ITIL (Incident / Problem, Release, Dependency and Change Management)
