Serve as an analytics partner for business teams affected by the new core banking system.
Translate new core banking data structures into business KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
Support parallel run and reconciliation from a business and reporting perspective.
Ensure continuity of critical operational, regulatory, and management reporting.

Manage the business roadmap for migration from Power BI Report Server to Microsoft Fabric.
Identify, prioritize, and sequence dashboards and reports for migration.
Validate functional equivalence, performance, and usability post-migration.
Promote adoption of Fabric-based Power BI analytics across business teams.

Act as a trusted analytics partner for Finance, Operations, Risk, Marketing, etc.
Translate business needs into clear analytics and reporting requirements.
Prioritize analytics initiatives based on value, urgency, and regulatory impact.
Ensure use of governed and certified datasets.
Support training, coaching, change management, and user adoption.

Senior experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Proven involvement in Core Banking Renewal or large banking transformation programs.
Proven involvement in Power BI Report Server to Fabric migration projects.
Experience with Wherescape is a big plus.
Strong understanding of Azure-based analytics platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Understanding of data governance and reporting best practices.
Fluent in English.
