Scrum Master
Location: Antwerpen
Remote Working Policy: 2 fixed days per week in the office, 3 days remote
Preferred Employment: Full-time

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to build high-performing agile squads, enabling efficient and flexible working methods.
- Identify skill, competency, and capacity gaps, working with the team to find solutions.
- Select individuals with the right competencies and skills to fit the squad’s mission.
- Empower team members to work effectively as a cross-functional team.
- Implement agile practices at the squad level, facilitating scrum ceremonies and taking corrective measures as needed.
- Challenge the status quo and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help squad members take ownership and improve value delivery.
- Ensure effective and fast value delivery flow through the squads.
- Support Product Owners and squads in managing backlogs and maintaining a healthy team dynamic.
- Eliminate impediments to the squad's progress, addressing issues with those who can resolve them.
- Foster and coordinate cross-team collaboration, ensuring effective team operation.
- Promote a "quality first" work environment, embedding quality principles and professional excellence.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in driving change initiatives, large or small.
- Proficient in agile techniques and able to apply the best agile approach to help people succeed.
- Capable of facilitating the required agile framework.
Minimal Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Passionate about Agile principles and embedding them across the organization.
- Enthusiastic about coaching and supporting people to embrace changes in their work methods.
- Confident, open-minded, with a continuous improvement and self-learning mindset.
