For a client, we are seeking an experienced Software Solution Specialist to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch support experiences. This role is pivotal in delivering robust, user-friendly tools to empower support services within the organization.
Project Duration:
- Start Date: 01/02/2025
- End Date: 31/03/2026
Responsibilities:
- Implement and develop functional and technical customer requirements through configuration or scripting in user support tools (currently Ivanti).
- Ensure operation and software maintenance in collaboration with the product team.
- Provide IT service management advice to key users and best practice guidance for tool usage.
- Support the training of end users on new and existing functionalities.
- Participate in testing activities for new developments and configurations.
- Initiate and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the software.
- Assist with the integration of the software into the application and system landscape.
Qualifications:
- University degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with service management tools (Ivanti Service Manager preferred).
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in planning, development, operation, and enhancement of applications or software systems (standard or customized).
- Proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with service management tools such as Service Now or Zendesk (advantageous).
- Experience with MS SQL, Java Script, SOAP, and REST API (advantageous).
- Experience in IT operations management.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Good command of Dutch and/or French is required.
