Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Business to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting subsidiaries in developing and managing the implementation of the organization's cybersecurity strategy. This role involves working directly with the Head of Department to facilitate the operations of the CISO-as-a-Service team.

Responsibilities:

• Meet regularly with subsidiaries to review the status of their Cyber Program and ensure alignment with expectations and recommendations.
• Monitor progress against plans and schedules, clarifying security requirements and expected outcomes.
• Aggregate stakeholder input into high-quality deliverables for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Define and formalize security services provided to other entities.
• Support in maintaining the budgeting view, including volume per service, unit price, and forecasts.
• Establish and maintain management standards, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure team standards are upheld throughout all activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 2+ years of professional experience in information security is preferred.
• Experience as a management/business consultant.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry is preferred.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory experience in project and portfolio management.
• Preferable experience in information security governance.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC) are a plus.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (mandatory).
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Proactive attitude with autonomy, commitment, and perseverance.
