Job Summary:
We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant to join a dynamic and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP FICO processes and will play a key role in improving business processes. The consultant will work on three main areas:
- Improvement projects of the current platform (Business Suite on Hana)
- Maintenance and support of the current solution (ticket and incident management)
- Possible participation in the S/4 project that is starting
Responsibilities:
- Needs Analysis: Work closely with the project team and internal SAP teams to understand needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and propose suitable SAP solutions.
- Configuration and Setup: Configure the SAP MM module according to business needs, including purchasing management, inventory management, material requirements planning (MRP), and supplier management. Ensure the update of functional and technical documentation.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and ensure the proper functioning of the SAP MM system. Propose and implement continuous improvements to optimize existing processes.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Train end-users and internal teams on new SAP processes and features. Document and share best practices and lessons learned.
Desired Profile:
- Education: University degree in computer science, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as a SAP FICO consultant, with proven experience in implementation and projects.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP FICO, including key sub-modules. Most points concern FI (classic GL) with a basic implementation of CO. Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (such as SD, MM, PM). Skills in data analysis and use of SAP tools for reporting.
- Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills and client relationship management. Ability to work independently and engage in multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
