Mission Context:

The role involves ensuring the implementation of the target solution for leftover applications after migration to the cloud and the related infrastructure decommissioning. The Infrastructure Project Manager will ensure that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the project's objectives according to scope.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the project by agreeing on objectives with management and stakeholders.
• Ensure project effort and cost estimation, planning, and sourcing.
• Monitor the project to ensure availability of all deliverables, observing scope, quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Manage all risks related to the project.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise rules and standards, including compliance and operational risk.
• Document and report on the project, maintaining all project documents and publishing regular progress reports.
• Represent the project in steering committees and ensure communication between the business and stakeholders.
• Handover project deliverables and ensure alignment with parties responsible for the "run" activity post-project.
• If no change manager is appointed, design and coordinate the change management plan.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good understanding
• French: Good understanding
• English: Fluent written & spoken

Education:

Master level (with IT affinity) or equivalent by experience

Experience/Knowledge Required:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of Mainframe, Midrange, Linux, Windows, HVD, Firewall, CFT, MQ, Oracle, SQL, WAS, Cloud (PaaS/IaaS)
• Experience in project management methods, processes, and tools (Rally, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferable experience in the concerned domain(s) and knowledge of banking scope & organization
