For a client, we are looking for two Salesforce – Service Cloud Functional Analysts.

Mission description:
The mission consists of an end-to-end implementation of a Salesforce Service Cloud module to strengthen customer care services. The functional consultant will be integrated into the IT department "Sales Solutions" in the CRM team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure functional design and configuration of the Salesforce solution as per defined requirements.
Assist the project manager in communicating with the project team and stakeholders.
Design the solution based on functional requirements and document it in user stories.
Configure and implement user stories.
Perform unit tests and write test scripts for test campaigns.
Support E2E/SIT & UAT test campaigns.
Train future users of the solution.
Correct incidents detected during testing campaigns.
Support users during deployment.
Build the release note and documentation as built.
Deploy developments in different environments.
In parallel, the consultant will be responsible for CRM maintenance (management of incidents and new requests) for the Salesforce tools (Sales & Service Cloud) already in place.
