We are looking for a seasoned Front-End Developer to join a major digital transformation program aimed at modernizing a legacy back-office system into a future-ready, modular platform. This initiative is part of a larger strategy to improve digital services for individuals with disabilities by optimizing internal processes and enhancing citizen-facing portals.
The program includes various interconnected modules such as Product Handling, Financial Management, and integrations with external partners and platforms. You will be embedded in a multidisciplinary agile team consisting of analysts, developers, architects, and scrum masters.
Take ownership of the front-end architecture and lead the design and development of user-facing applications.
Collaborate closely with back-end developers and functional analysts to implement seamless solutions.
Guide and mentor other developers within the program on front-end best practices.
Organize and lead front-end alignment meetings to ensure consistency across teams.
Build intuitive, scalable, and high-performing Angular applications based on modern UI/UX standards.
Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-tested code using a craftsmanship mindset.
Drive quality through test-driven development, code reviews, and continuous learning.
Actively contribute to the improvement of team workflows, tools, and technical standards.
Translate user experience designs from tools like Figma or Adobe into pixel-perfect interfaces.
Ensure front-end solutions align with overall design systems and component libraries.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, including:
Expert-level skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma.
Strong experience in developing component-based architectures and reusable libraries.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, OpenShift).
Experience in public sector environments or within the ecosystem of social security is a plus.
A strong sense for visual consistency and usability.
Experience working within design systems.
Hands-on experience with workflow engines such as Flowable.
Background in large-scale government or regulated sector IT projects.
