Junior Business Controller

The Assignment:

• Responsible for the follow-up of enabling units performance, including:

  • Monthly close review and position management
  • Monthly actuals vs budget reporting
  • Quarterly business review meetings
  • Preparation of FY27 Budget
• Assist and support the implementation of a new Power BI dashboard for enabling units performance follow-up, including:
  • Requirements documentation
  • Process mapping
  • Testing
  • Training

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Analytical: Ability to quickly analyze information, identify patterns, and make well-reasoned decisions.

• Communication: Clear and effective communication with different stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Drive: Strong motivation and initiative to achieve results and meet objectives.
• Adaptability: Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities, environments, and new challenges.
