We are looking for a consultant to support a critical strategic initiative: the full replacement of our current Learning Management System (LMS) and the development of a forward-looking roadmap for our learning technology stack. You will work closely with the Learning Strategist and act as an autonomous driver of stakeholder engagement, RFP Development, and technology advisory, laying the foundation for a major investment decision in Q4 2026.
Our current LMS is reaching the end of its life, and we are embarking on a full replacement trajectory. This is not a like-for-like swap. We aim to fundamentally improve our learning tech stack, including reviewing integration points with our existing talent management system (SAP SuccessFactors). The scope covers HQ employees and independent banking offices. A budget decision is expected in October 2026, meaning all key deliverables must be validated and ready for presentation before that deadline.
Stakeholder Mapping & Consultation: Identify, map, and consult a large and complex stakeholder landscape across the organization. Ensure all relevant voices are captured ahead of the RFP process.
Solid experience in learning technology consulting or LMS project management.
