Project Manager – Supply Chain / ERP

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional Supply Chain transformation program with strong ERP (SAP) and logistics integration.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery.
• Manage teams of functional & technical analysts.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business & IT.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks.
• Lead workshops and validate solutions.
• Ensure integration between ERP and logistics systems.
• Oversee reporting, governance, and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years in Project/Program Management.
• Proven experience leading teams of analysts.
• Strong Supply Chain process knowledge.
• Experience in ERP transformation (SAP preferred).
• Strong experience in program governance, stakeholder management, and roadmap definition.
• Understanding of ERP architecture (SAP), integration concepts (IDocs, APIs, middleware), and logistics systems (WMS).
• Experience coordinating technical teams.

Nice to Have:

• Logistics systems (WMS, TMS, OMS).
• Multi-site deployments.
• SAP modules knowledge.
• Cross-functional teams (Finance, Ops, Manufacturing).
• Cloud supply chain platforms.
• Cybersecurity in supply chain.
• Test automation / performance tools.

• Location: Vlaams-Brabant
• Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months (extension possible)
• Languages: English mandatory; Dutch and/or French (one fluent, one passive acceptable)
• Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience
