Job Opportunity: Test Manager for Payments Tribe

Location: Brussels, 50% on-site

Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing efforts for the instant payments regulation program, focusing on payment files and Verification of Payee.
• Define and implement test plans to ensure verification of functional and technical requirements, maintaining high quality levels.
• Organize the testing process, including planning, defining staff needs, and organizing tasks.
• Monitor performance and reliability, participate in incident resolution, and ensure risk control.
• Communicate progress, manage dependencies, and review work plans with available tools.
• Engage with multiple IT teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Digital Channels context.
• Experience in test management, ideally ISTQB Certified (Test Manager Level).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to write E2E User Acceptance Plans.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Azure Test Plans or other test management tools.
• Experience in financial transactions (payments) and European guidelines (SEPA).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexible, adaptive, and quick learner with an interest in digital business banking.
