Role Description:

We are looking for a Developer for the Solutions department. The primary focus will be on developing and analyzing business solutions using new technologies, dashboarding, and reporting tools to support the plan 2026 project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement new requirements in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Conduct technical analysis, compare alternatives, and document solutions.
• Propose and implement changes to improve existing tools, procedures, and processes.
• Provide user support on production issues and questions.
• Document procedures and processes.
• Provide training, guidance, and user support on relevant subjects.
• Demonstrate flexibility in case of production issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SQL-server/Data Modelling/Tuning (queries, PL-SQL, SSIS, SSAS).
• Proficient in .Net (C#, WPF, GIT) and capable of developing complex SQL queries.
• Knowledge of MS Access and advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Table, macros).
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, DataIQ) is advantageous.
• Ability to review and improve existing applications/SQL processes.
• Strong team player with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and committed with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
