For a client we are seeking a Data Scientist.

Location: Brussels + Remote

Languages: Dutch and French

Start Date: 1st July 2025

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a transversal ad-hoc team, including technical profiles (data engineer, platform owner) and business profiles (marketing, sales).
• Analyze and challenge requirements related to business insights extraction from various audio transcripts and chats.
• Build solutions in Dataiku to enhance the autonomy of business profiles.
• Analyze and process customer conversational data (chats and call transcripts) using Dataiku recipes (visual and code recipes) and LLMs from different providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
• Use prompting techniques to detect topics and other behavioral indicators.
• Identify and categorize customer dissatisfaction elements and provide insights to different teams for action.
• Develop solutions (Apps, etc.) in Dataiku to enable non-technical people to autonomously create business insights.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Dataiku: Confirmed experience (2-4 years)
• GenAI / LLM: Confirmed experience (2-4 years)
• Python: Confirmed experience (2-4 years)
• French: Confirmed proficiency (2-4 years)
• Dutch: Proficiency required
