developer MS Dynamics CRM

For a client, we are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join a dynamic e-Business team. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on developing and adapting applications in line with functional and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, or adapt applications in .Net for specific domains based on user requirements.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all requirements and translate functional and business analysis into programming language and architecture.
  • Engage with internal contacts to discuss functional analysis and conduct Test Driven Development.
  • Test programs in an integrated environment following Agile methodologies and document software.
  • Identify potential issues and propose optimal solutions to achieve the best results.
  • Evaluate the impact of potential changes on software modules.
  • Perform quality assurance, write test scenarios, document test results, and resolve testing problems.
  • Continuously evolve by conducting lessons learned after each milestone and implementing improvement actions and good practices in software development.

Technical Profile Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement CRM.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of active working experience with .Net.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: .Net.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in tools: JIRA, SVN.
  • Very good knowledge of SSIS & Kingswaysoft.
  • Good knowledge of SSRS.

  • Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.

  • Leadership skills compatible with over 5 years of professional experience.
  • Very good coaching & training skills.

Methodology/Certification Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is preferred.

Language Proficiencies:

  • Proficiency in French and/or Dutch and/or English is required.
