For a client, we are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join a dynamic e-Business team. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on developing and adapting applications in line with functional and business analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, or adapt applications in .Net for specific domains based on user requirements.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all requirements and translate functional and business analysis into programming language and architecture.
- Engage with internal contacts to discuss functional analysis and conduct Test Driven Development.
- Test programs in an integrated environment following Agile methodologies and document software.
- Identify potential issues and propose optimal solutions to achieve the best results.
- Evaluate the impact of potential changes on software modules.
- Perform quality assurance, write test scenarios, document test results, and resolve testing problems.
- Continuously evolve by conducting lessons learned after each milestone and implementing improvement actions and good practices in software development.
Technical Profile Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement CRM.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of active working experience with .Net.
- Proficiency in programming languages: .Net.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in tools: JIRA, SVN.
- Very good knowledge of SSIS & Kingswaysoft.
- Good knowledge of SSRS.
