Project Leader 

We are looking for an experienced Project Leader for a rationalization and transformation exercise of an existing BODS environment. This is a full-time assignment for a period of six months, with the possibility of extension depending on the progress and complexity of the project.

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: After six months, with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Lead the rationalization and transformation process of the BODS environment and develop improvement proposals.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 4 specialists.
• Develop and monitor a strict project schedule, including risk and issue management.
• Coordinate and execute migration processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Report to stakeholders at management and executive levels on progress, bottlenecks, and results.
• Ensure effective collaboration in a corporate environment and compliance with internal procedures and governance.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience as a project leader in complex, preferably international, corporate environments.
• Basic knowledge of BODS and familiarity with data integration, data modeling, and/or ETL processes.
• Experience with migrations, preferably in large data environments, focusing on data quality and business continuity.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Project management skills in planning, risk analysis, and stakeholder management.
