Junior Windows M365 System Administrator Infrastructure Datacenter

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: 1 year with option extension

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Manage server, Windows, VMware, endpoints, and M365 environment.
• Ensure maximum availability, security, and reliability.
• Work independently and in a team on projects and operational tasks.
• Automate processes.
• Responsible for short- and long-term vision as a service owner.
• Work in an agile team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master in ICT or equivalent knowledge level through experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Administrator.
• Technical knowledge of:
  • Windows Server and Workstation management
  • Active Directory or Entra ID
  • Microsoft 365 admin suite
  • Powershell
  • VMWare
• Experience with automation in datacenter environments.
• Communicative and customer-oriented.
• Stress-resistant, flexible, and result-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Eager to learn and driven to continuously improve skills.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Remote Apps (MyApps/Rapps), SCCM/Intune, VPN solutions, monitoring tools, backup tools, Azure, EDR solutions (Anti Virus).
• Experience with ICT infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant ITIL processes, particularly change management.

Language Requirements:

Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Offer:

• Assignment for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
• Flexible and hybrid working, with 50% presence required.
• Participation in on-call duty (once every 6-8 weeks).
