Role Description:
We are looking for an Agile Infrastructure Project Manager who will be responsible for managing IT Production initiatives. The role involves supporting business initiative owners, ensuring delivery, managing conflicts related to prioritization, budget, and scope, and monitoring the progress of feature delivery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for stakeholder management, organizing required ceremonies, and facilitating impediment resolution. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT suppliers, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Initiative Owner for IT Production initiatives.
- Support business Initiative Owners in delivery and conflict management.
- Monitor and control the progress of feature delivery.
- Ensure initiatives deliver expected results.
- Collect feature status information from Feature Delivery Owners.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and organize necessary ceremonies.
- Identify and log impediments and facilitate their resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Protect the team from unexpected workloads and align with APS Management.
- Contribute to Scrum of Scrum and Quarterly Agile Planning.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Fluent or fluent in French.
- French: Fluent or fluent in Dutch.
- English: Good proficiency.
Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- At least 5 years of strong experience in a similar function.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, with a professional experience of at least 10 years.
Technical Experience:
- Understanding of technical and complex infrastructure architecture design documents.
- Experience with infrastructure environments and migration projects.
Business Experience:
- Experience in project management methods, processes, and tools.
- Experience in the banking sector.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
