Function Description:

The selected candidate will support transversal projects and initiatives in the risk and compliance domains. The projects range from developing training programs for foreign customers to simplifying remote processes. The ideal candidate is a generalist with strong project management and interpersonal skills, capable of working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include acting as a business analyst or project manager, setting up governance and meeting structures, applying methodologies to consolidate information, and creating coherent training packages. The candidate will ensure co-creation and participation of all stakeholders in a consensus-driven action plan and maintain close contact with actions organized by different stakeholders.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Native or Fluent
• French: Native or Fluent
• English: A plus

Education:

Master or Bachelor degree

Telework:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

At least 3 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience:

Experience in project management methods, processes, and tools
