Mission Context:

The Initiative Delivery Owner (IT) will play a key role in the development and management of the program plans. This involves integrating systems with services, aligning operational processes, and adapting roles and responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage program plans for IT delivery.
  • Contribute to program governance and stakeholder management.
  • Assist the Business Program Manager in leading program boards or steering committees.
  • Manage program delivery for IT, including monitoring and reporting in an agile environment.
  • Coordinate contributions from several tribes in an end-to-end setting.
  • Conduct risk assessment and issue management.
  • Plan capacity and manage resources.
  • Assist in financial management, including budget and business case preparation.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Ideally, spoken communication skills.
  • French: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

  • At least 7 years of experience.
  • Experience in working with both IT and Business, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Good understanding of workflow processes.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with various IT systems and processing systems. Experience in working in an international context and cultures.

Business Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects or a program of projects.
  • Experience in working with centralized activities in an international group.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Diplomatic with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and self-propelling.
  • Team spirit with the ability to motivate people.
  • Structured approach, goal-oriented, and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
