For a client we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team on a temporary basis with the possibility of extension.
Position: Senior HR Business Partner
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: 30/04/2025
Employment Type: Full-time or 4/5th, Hybrid (with teleworking 1 to 2 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Address and manage requests from employees at the service center headquarters, including departments such as finance, IT, e-commerce, coders, and executive committee members.
- Implement and oversee talent management programs.
- Execute performance management programs for the employee population.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner.
- Expertise in performance management, serving as a single point of contact for employees, executive committee, and talent management.
Language Proficiency:
- Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency.
- French: Native or bilingual proficiency.
- English: Professional working proficiency is an advantage.
