For a client, we are seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst:
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on Salesforce FSL/service cloud solution including user management and master data management.
- Resolve incidents and problems on deployed applications.
- Define use cases and user stories in collaboration with business analysts.
- Configure user stories and manage backlog using JIRA.
- Conduct system tests and system integration tests.
- Support business during User Acceptance Tests.
- Manage sanity checks post-deployment in production.
- Depending on profile and seniority, act as Project Manager / Track lead on projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to understand, reproduce, and identify the origin of a problem.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Skilled in backlog management with JIRA.
- Proficient in functional analysis including Use Case/User story description.
- Capable of translating functional needs into user stories.
- Experience in testing solutions, defining test cases, execution, and bug tracking.
- Clear understanding of Salesforce Object Manager, including fields setup, page layout, lightning page, and validation rules.
- Knowledge of FSL objects (Service appointment, WO, WOLI, Timesheet, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to configure the Salesforce platform (objects, validation rules, flows, etc.).
- Administration experience with Users, User profiles, permission sets, User groups, and User queues.

Language Proficiency:
