Assistant Process Owner

For a client, we are seeking an Assistant Process Owner to oversee critical Market Projects within the energy sector. This role is a full-time position, with a project duration from 01/12/2024 to 31/05/2025, with the possibility of extension.

Location: Henegouwen (minimum two days per week on-site required, with additional days based on service needs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Market Projects, including Phoenix and Maki initiatives.
  • Upskill new team members on the market model, processes, and relevant applications.
  • Contribute to the evolution of market models, particularly in the context of the Energy Transition.
  • Develop a business vision for the future metering model and build a strategic vision.
  • Provide business expertise in enterprise architecture initiatives and demand management.
  • Validate detailed functional specifications during the delivery phase and contribute to test definition and execution.
  • Train and inform users on procedures and application tools, updating guidelines as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the energy sector, with in-depth knowledge of its workings; DSO experience is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in energy market processes and their evolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to construct a business vision based on market processes.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring junior consultants is desirable.

  • French C2 level proficiency on the CEFR scale is required.
