For a client, we are seeking an Agile Transformation Consultant to facilitate and guide a significant digital transformation initiative. This role is pivotal in supporting the organization through the initial, critical stages of transformation toward a product and capability model.

Duration: 6 months+ full-time
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to create and realize an Improvement backlog and optimize ways of working.
- Provide clear direction and actionable advice to navigate immediate challenges.
- Tailor approaches based on ongoing assessment of needs and context.
- Work effectively in challenging and ambiguous environments.
- Solve problems innovatively and creatively to drive progress.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and leadership to foster collaboration and accountability.
- Apply change management practices to manage resistance during Agile transitions.
- Drive outcomes with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the Tribe’s current development health and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement actionable solutions to enhance performance.
- Support initiatives that foster a culture of experimentation and learning.
Qualifications:
- Deep background in agile transformation, agile roles, and practices.
- Proven experience in influencing behavior change within organizations.
- Pragmatic approach with experience working with or in Agile teams.
- Courage to challenge and advise various stakeholders, including Senior Leadership.
