Job Description

As an IT Configuration & Capacity Administrator, you facilitate activities and communication between different IT infrastructure teams to maintain the service level required by the SLAs. You support, implement, and develop best practices and principles (based on ITIL) within the Infrastructure department to ensure better service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the configuration management and capacity management processes.
• Define and maintain the configuration management process and support IT infrastructure teams in their execution.
• Maintain the quality of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and the information necessary for billing, security audits, lifecycle management, etc.
• Participate in improving the mapping model by integrating different technological, application, and business layers.
• Define and maintain the asset management process, manage assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure that all software used is covered by a license and monitor the use of these licenses.
• Ensure the link with capacity management to ensure an adequate strategic stock for business continuity and a disaster recovery plan.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Incident Manager (ITIL).
• Skills in configuration management, IT infrastructure management, IT service management, and ITIL (preferably Service Now).
• Junior level in process modeling.

Desired Skills

• Recent experience in the mentioned areas.
• Ability to define and track KPIs.
• Communication skills to regularly report to management and coordinate continuous process improvement tasks.
