Senior Agile Coach
For a client we are seeking a Senior Agile Coach who can operate both strategically and hands-on within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Transformation: Lead and support agile transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to agile teams and programs, including training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to define and execute strategies for adopting agile practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Metrics and Reporting: Champion the use of metrics and objective measures to track progress and provide transparency on agile transformation risks and outcomes.
- Scaling Agile: Support the scaling of agile teams into Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensure their sustainable operation.
- Industry Practices: Stay current with industry-recognized certifications and agile methodologies to continuously evolve practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in agile software delivery and/or DevOps, with hands-on experience in key roles such as Coach, Product Owner, or Architect.
- Skills: Proficiency with agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Service Now) and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile frameworks.
- Certifications: Relevant agile certifications (e.g., SPC, Scrum Alliance CTC) are highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
