Service Description:

We are looking for a Digital Communications Expert to oversee all online publications aimed at both internal and external stakeholders. The role involves managing various communication channels and advising on communication strategies to effectively convey messages. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the expert on different communication channels such as Intranet, email campaigns, digital signage, websites, and event registrations.
• Managing activities on the intranet, websites, and other digital channels in collaboration with the communications team, product team, and business.
• Working closely with the product team and external suppliers to improve digital solutions and translate business needs.
• Developing a governance structure and roadmap for digital communication channels with the Digital Communications Manager.
• Carrying out digital projects from start to finish, including analyzing and documenting business requirements, selecting and implementing solutions, and testing.
• Supporting, developing tutorials, and training users on tools and applications used by Digital Communications.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Digital Communications.
• Excellent proficiency in English and knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• A positive, creative, flexible, and dynamic team member with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to see things from the customer's/end user's perspective and seek the best solutions for their needs.
• A critical mindset with the ability to challenge the business to achieve the best possible results.
• Experience with content management systems and eagerness to learn new ones.
• Knowledge and experience with applications such as Sitecore, Actito, Unily, Jira, PinToMind, Matomo, Adobe Photoshop, and Genially is a plus.
• A good knowledge of UX and accessibility principles is a nice to have.
