Digital Customer Journey Analyst - Web Analyst & Reporting

Mission Context:

As a Digital Customer Journey Analyst, your mission is to capture and understand the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints. This role aims to enhance customer experience and boost digital business performance. You will collaborate with a team of digital experts, including Product Owners, testers, developers, analysts, and UX specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Challenge business needs regarding tagging requirements, define clear objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics.
  • Define the tagging strategy and technical specifications for FrontEnd developers.
  • Collaborate with developers by creating detailed User Stories.
  • Build reports and monitor KPIs and supporting metrics.
  • Conduct analyses for continuous improvement based on quantitative analytics.
  • Present analysis results through data storytelling to various audiences.
  • Foster a data-driven mindset within the organization by providing data insights and educating stakeholders.
  • Ensure close project follow-up, including coordination with multiple squads and participation in agile ceremonies.

Language Requirements:

  • English: Excellent
  • French: A plus
  • Dutch: A plus

Education:

Preferably a Master’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, computer engineering, economy, digital marketing, and/or marketing.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

  • At least 1 year of data analytics experience.
  • Experience or training with Adobe Analytics is preferable.
  • Experience with Content Square, Adobe Target, Tableau Software, and SQL.

Business Experience:

  • Ability to translate objectives into KPIs and supporting metrics.
  • Ability to tell an engaging story with data.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical and logical thinking with a holistic and detailed approach.
  • Ability to present technical analyses clearly to a business audience.
  • Meticulous and highly organized.
  • Customer-obsessed, creative, and solution-oriented.
  • Proactive, flexible, and an easy communicator.
