Role Description:

As an HR Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for comprehensive recruitment management, strategic recruitment planning, and process optimization. You will manage employer branding and independently handle various projects related to recruitment, selection, and talent management. Collaboration with the HR Advisor for Recruitment, Selection & Career is essential, as well as managing the recruitment budget and developing partnerships with external suppliers.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all open vacancies from start to finish, including job postings, follow-ups, reporting, interviewing, and contract proposals.
  • Define and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Develop, adapt, and optimize recruitment and selection processes.
  • Identify and select the best recruitment channels and partners.
  • Manage and enhance employer branding.
  • Independently manage projects related to recruitment, selection, and talent management.
  • Collaborate with HR Advisors and manage recruitment budgets.
  • Participate in analyzing headcount, workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention.
  • Develop partnerships with external suppliers in selection and recruitment.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • University education or significant managerial experience.
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong MS Office and ATS skills.
  • Experience in managing vacancies from publication to contract proposal.
  • Experience in HR strategy, HR projects, and HR processes.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in HR and recruitment, capable of managing complex projects and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
