Mission Context:

The Tribe/Initiative Scrum Master (ISM) will primarily lead various stakeholders to communicate, coordinate, and cooperate to deploy the International Payment Group platform (MTS) on the Group infrastructure in Paris, hosted in the Brussels Shared Services Center (Tribe Payments). The ISM will serve as the referent for the IP Cluster (squads) and ITG colleagues concerning the initiative.

Language Requirements:

• English: Sound knowledge required
• French: Knowledge is a real plus

Education:

Certification required

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the role

Technical Experience:

• IT-oriented
• Strong delivery-oriented experience profile with transversal E2E programs/initiatives
• Sound knowledge of software development environments (Distributed, MF)
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodology and techniques
• Cloud & Data Centers knowledge is a plus

Business Experience:

• Knowledge of (International) Payments domain preferable

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders
• Capable of adopting a helicopter view to identify and resolve present and future dependencies
• Significant influence on those around to promote initiatives
• Typically a senior experienced delivery profile
• Flexible but focused
