For a client we are seeking a Senior Life Business Analyst.

Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to define requirements and formalize them according to quality standards.
- Identify process impacts of the migration of individual life insurance policies.
- Ensure effective communication and understanding between business and IT teams.
- Prepare and execute process and calculation tests.
- Act as an intermediary between business and IT teams, providing regular progress reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Business, and Distribution to develop trustful relationships.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of individual life insurance products and processes.
- Expertise in “Classique” products or branch 23 products.
- Experience in life insurance migrations or investment processes.
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst.
- Strong commitment to project quality and deadlines, with a proactive and flexible approach.
- University degree in mathematics or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
- Familiarity with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.
- Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Structured, organized, and pragmatic with strong adaptability and learning ability.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to find the effective level of abstraction based on context.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences, including actuaries, IT experts, and management.
