For a client we are seeking a Senior Life Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to define requirements and formalize them according to quality standards.
• Identify process impacts of the migration of individual life insurance policies.
• Ensure effective communication and understanding between business and IT teams.
• Prepare and execute process and calculation tests.
• Act as an intermediary between business and IT teams, providing regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Business, and Distribution to develop trustful relationships.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of individual life insurance products and processes.
• Expertise in “Classique” products or branch 23 products.
• Experience in life insurance migrations or investment processes.
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst.
• Strong commitment to project quality and deadlines, with a proactive and flexible approach.
• University degree in mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
• Familiarity with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.
• Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Structured, organized, and pragmatic with strong adaptability and learning ability.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to find the effective level of abstraction based on context.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences, including actuaries, IT experts, and management.
• Client and results-oriented.
