Job Opportunity: Service Management Engineer - Early/Late Shift

We are looking for a Service Management Engineer responsible for the Production Support for all software related of EMEA Logistic IT Systems. You continuously search for opportunities and improvements within these existing systems and processes and provide achievable recommendations. You work closely together with our Regional and Global “Center of Excellence” teams to optimize the cooperation between the logistic systems. As part of the Service Management team, you are the first point of contact for operations and other teams in case of Tech related questions or incidents. Giving our "customer" (Customs, Transportatiojn) the best possible Service and support is the key to success!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will Register, analyse and resolve incidents following defined procedures. You will perform proactive problem analysis of incidents to improve existing logistic systems and processes You will work in a technical environment with main focus on providing day2day support for various applications within the Customs, Transportation and Operations Space You will be working together with stakeholders on setting up change requests for logistic applications You will inform End Users on statuses of Problems, Incidents or Services and maintain highest level of satisfaction/servive towards stakeholders

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work within a team of Service Management Engineers and Managers. Having a good connect with colleague engineers and operational stakeholders is essential. You will report in the Manager Service and Local Solutions. Working in a day shift, you will continuously communicate with our operational stakeholders (Customs, Transportation, Planning) through mail, phone or messaging apps.

WHAT YOU BRING
▪Bachelor degree Informatica or equal through experience (3yrs). Preferably, you havealready experience within a Logistic environment
▪Resolving Problems are energizing for you: you analyse the issue and resolve asquickly as possible, within agreed timelines.
▪You have analytical skills, you are able to work independently with sense ofresponsibility and you are resistant to stress.
▪Excellent communication in Dutch and English (Written and spoken skills, formal andinformal)
▪You have good knowledge of SQL, basic SAP, Manhattan, Legacy WMS is a plus
▪The common MS Office applications have no secrets for you
▪Flexible and stress resistant.
▪You’re a seasoned team player and share a common goal
▪The Office tools have no secrets for you (OneNote, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
▪You will be part of the On Call Service (24/7)
