About the Role
The Project Leader Commissioning is responsible for managing, leading, and executing projects within their domain of activity. This is done in accordance with the set priorities and objectives, with the aim of optimally guiding and realizing changes and innovations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, organize, and monitor projects to efficiently and qualitatively achieve the set objectives of time, budget, and regulations.
- Develop project plans and be responsible for setting up the necessary studies, technical analyses, and concepts.
- Lead the execution, delivery, and commissioning of installations/infrastructure/solutions/realizations, focusing on timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate activities within projects, determine the required competencies of the project team, and direct and support internal and/or external project staff.
- Motivate and support the project team and establish and adjust the project planning.
- Consult with stakeholders and detect risks and/or problems during the various project phases and direct the solution.
- Manage and compile the complete project dossier with the associated procedural and administrative follow-up.
- Ensure that technical and safety specifications are implemented and that project-related permit documents are prepared.
- Build and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, act as a point of contact, and report on the progress and results of the projects.
Specific to the Role of Project Leader Commissioning:
- The commissioning leader ensures that a project can be safely and structuredly transferred from the project team to the client (Operator and maintenance).
- Prepare and execute a commissioning and test plan.
- Organize the transfer of the installation to the end user.
- Commission techniques and prepare and follow up on a punch list.
- Identify components that do not meet standards and develop a solution with the team.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Native or bilingual level
- French: Professional working proficiency

- Experience in project management and commissioning.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
